If you want to go ahead with the job, we’ll send you a link. We use that to collect a few dates and an access contact. You fill in the link and hit submit.
We get part payment – usually over the phone by credit card – and your work is done. We then assign the job to the closest quantity surveyor.
The QS arranges the inspection with your property manager or tenant – you don’t have to get involved in this.
Because we use quantity surveyors on the ground, you don’t need to provide plans.
When your property has been inspected and the quantity surveyor has calculated the figures, you will get an email telling you your depreciation schedule isn’t far away.
Then we’ll email the completed Schedule to you – and to your accountant if you have given us their email address.
