HANS DEAN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Hans is the company founder of Depreciator. For over 20 years, Hans has been involved in the Construction and Quantity Surveying industries. The company Depreciator is his response to an overwhelming need within the investment and accounting communities. For some time there has been a need for a company with the experience and skills to demystify depreciation and make accurate Tax Depreciation Schedules easier to obtain and understand.
SCOTT BRUNSDON, GENERAL MANAGER
Scott is an active property investor with a background in marketing. His first hand experience in property investment has been a valuable tool for the company and he has played an integral role in transforming a conventional Quantity Surveying company into a client-focussed depreciation specialist.
NICOLA DEALL, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Nicola was a part of Depreciator's foundation team. She heads Depreciator's Compliance, Information Technology and Affiliate Program. Nicola regularly speaks to accountants and real estate agents about the ever-changing ATO rules and how they affect taxpayers and landlords.
MATTHEW SAUNDERSON AIQS, HEAD QUANTITY SURVEYOR Scott, Hans and Nicola often speak at seminars to investors and accountants and are available for comments in the media.
Like Hans, Scott and Nicola, Matthew has been with Depreciator since its inception. He is a part owner and Head Quantity Surveyor. Since qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor, Matthew has chosen to specialise in tax depreciation work and is a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. There would be few Quantity Surveyors in the country with equal knowledge in this field.
